Adaptive HVM’s leadership team have 30 years’ experience in senior positions within the ICT sector, the majority of which has been with Intel.
Their recruitment contracts with the key players in Electronics, Semiconductor, Data Centres and Pharma give the Academy an in-depth knowledge of the skill sets required by the ICT sector. Adaptive has been increasingly thwarted by the bottleneck that has developed in the supply of trained personnel to the ICT sector in this country.
The TSA has developed a suite of programmes from Level 6 to Level 8 in the areas of tech manufacturing, medical technology, micro-processor manufacturing and cleanroom processes to make a positive contribution towards meeting these critical skills needs.
